And HE encompasses: Ahata: SURRONDS,ENCOMPASSES, ENCLOSES, GUARDS, KEEPS UNDER HIS OWN POSSESSION and CONTROL, DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE CORRUPTED or DEBASED. (Q:39:27).

Consistent with itself: Is Mustahabih here to be understood in the same sense as in (Q:3:7), The better opinion is that there is a slightly different shade of meaning here, as suggested by the context. In the earlier passage, it was opposed to Muh-kam: here it is contrsted or compared to Mathani. The root meaning is:'HAVING SOMETHING SIMILAR; WORKING BY ANALOGY or ALLEGORY, or PARABLE; HAVING ITS PARTS CONSISTENT WITH EACH OTHER'.
The last meaning I adopt here. THE QUR'AN WAS REVEALED IN PARTS AT DIFFERENT TIMES. AND YET ITS PARTS ALL CONFORM TO EACH OTHER. THERE IS NO CONTRADICTION or INCONSISTENCY ANYWHERE.

The skin of those who Fear their Lord TREMBLE: The skin is the outer integument of the body. It receives the first shock from the impact of anything unusual, and IT TREMBLES and ITS HAIR STANDS ON END UNDER EXCITEMENT. SO IN SPIRITUAL MATTERS THE FIRST STIMULATION FROM ALLAH'S MESSAGE IS EXTERNAL.
THOSE WHO RECEIVE FAITH DO IT AS IT WERE WITH TRMOR and not with apathy.BUT THE NEXT STAPE IS THAT IT PENATRATES THEIR OUTER NATURE and GOES RIGHT INTO THEIR HEARTS. THEIR WHOLE NATURE IS "SOFTENED" TO RECEIVE THE BENEFICIENT MESSAGE, and IT TRANSFORMS THEM THROUGH and THROUGH.

The laws of JIHAD are EXACTELY SIMILAR to those enforced by MILITARY VIRTUE and DISCIPLINE. Meet your enemy FAIRLY and SQUARELY, not RASHLY, but AFTER DUE PREPARATION. Austrian Providential Chosen Selected Special Repentance Child of Adam through Allah's Divine Guidance and Predestination must undergo "Two years physical journey to Arrive or Reach the Predestined Contry/Land [Austria] into which for him [Repentance Destiny]":
Behold!, completely [Ignorant], the Destiny Child began the Road journey [from Cameroon to France (Marseilles)]: During the Long Destiny, the Providential Son wasted neither time nor Strengh, paying attention of any single thing he sees and meets: CONTEMPLATING and MEDITATING (the different natures of all sorts on his Long Road Journey: Especially "SPIRITUAL ISSUES", since he became [Muslim] on the Way.

There were many SIGNS of A DIVINE MISSION in the Prophet's life and in the MESSAGE which he DELIVERED. If these did not convince the Unbelievers, was it not VAIN to seek a MIRACULOUS SIGN from the bowels of the earth or by a visible ascent to the skies?......
(Q:15:14)-Even if WE opend out to them A gate from heaven,
And they were to continue
(All day) ascending therein,

(Q:15:15)-They would only said:
"Our eyes have been intoxicated:
Nay, we have been bewitched
By sorcery."
confer (Q:6:35). The spiritual kingdom is open to all to enter. But THE ENTRANCE IS NOT A MERE MATTER OF PHYSICAL MOVEMENT. IT IS A QUESTION OF A TOTAL CHANGE OF HERAT.
